In this 2 day course, you will learn to understand the basics of our energetic bodies, including the seven main Chakras, or energy centres, and their associations. You will be given the tools to clear and cleanse a space of negative energy, replacing it with pure love-light energy to create balance and positivity. You will learn to ground your own energy so that you can feel centred in your body, creating strong boundaries, and how to give energy to others and care for those you love without depleting your own sources.
By the end of this course, you will know how to self-treat, which can aid with relaxation, stress release, reducing anxiety, calming the nervous and digestive systems and clearing blockages in the mind and body. You will also have an understanding of how to give someone else a full energy healing session with guidelines to follow and help you to flow easily and gracefully through treatment, as well as how to perform distance healing.
Also, you will receive a Reiki attunement, a beautiful initiation ritual, for each of the First and Second degrees or levels, to open and expand your connection with the Reiki rays of love and healing; you will receive intuited Usui and Karuna Reiki symbols to intensify our healing intentions; as well as a full Reiki manual for home reference and of course a Certificate of Completion to honour and celebrate your return to this sacred knowledge.

In this 2 day course, we delve into the theory and practical techniqes of the Third Degree of the Usui Reiki Tradition as well as deepen our exploration of the Energy Bodies, Chakra System and the use of Crystal and Energetic Guides as healing allies.A traditional Japanese healing art, Reiki translates to “Universal Life Force” and is used for stress reduction, relaxation and overall healing. This gentle and nourishing technique treats the whole person including mind, body, emotions and spirit. Reiki is a natural and safe method for healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
Learning this ancient technique of hands-on healing can benefit not only your own health and well-being but also those around you, including your family, children, friends, pets, plants and even the space you live and work in. This course focuses on deepening our understanding of the interaction of energy, and how to read the different sensations and begin to create a language to interpret them. So we will be learning Reiki meditations to connect with that information and Reiki Auric surgery to help cleanse, clear and balance the energy fields.
We will cover the Basic Psychology of Chakras, the 5 Out of Body Chakras, the Secondary Chakra system and the 32 Chakras of the spine. Also, we will connect with our ability to use Crystals and Crystal Grids to complement and strengthen our Reiki and meditation practice, as well as to build our relationship with Reiki/Spirit guides. By the end of this course, you will have an expanded connection and understanding of your Reiki skill set to not only dive deeper into your own practice but also to help others further their healing journey.

This 3 hour fun-filled Kids Reiki class will teach your kiddos how to use the energy around and within them!
They will learn to do Self-Reiki, how to share Reiki with the ones we love – Family, Friends and Fur babies, they will learn Breathing and Calming techniques, how to make Reiki Crystals and Blessing Jars as well learn about our Inner Rainbow and the 7 Core Chakras.
In my Reiki practice, I have seen many times how children connect very strongly to the concepts of Reiki and energy healing. They LOVE to talk about colours, crystals and how to share loving kindness with others. This class will give them the tools to support the gifts they already possess and leave them feeling empowered to help themselves and others!
TUNING FORKS
Tuning Fork Sound Therapy, also known as Sonopuncture, aids in assessing and clearing any blockages or imbalances in the body or in the biofield around the body to create healthy homeostasis. The Tuning Forks are acousitc resonating instuments calibrated to known cohesive frequencies and when applied to Acupressure points and Energy Centres, they encourage the body into a more harmonious state.

The Lymphatic System is an incredible structure of pathways throughout our entire body which works to cleanse, detoxify and eliminate anything that is no longer serving us. Though it carries a heavy role within our bodies, it sometimes needs assistance with the circulation and prefers to be handled with a light and gentle touch.
Cue Sound Therapy! Tuning Forks are an excellent tool for aiding with proper function and circulation of the Lymph Fluid through the Lymph Nodes and the whole system. The safe and gentle oscillation of frequency, or sound wave, has been shown to enhance lymphatic drainage.
In this one day class, you will learn a specific protocol, which includes Acu points and Energy Centres, to encourage the healthy and balanced flow of the Lymphatic System via the mid-range Ohm frequency of 136.1hz.
PLEASE NOTE: This class requires that you have 2 Mid-Ohm Tuning Forks. Tuning Forks are NOT provided or included in the class price. The Student is responsible for ordering and purchasing their own Tuning Forks and must have them on hand for the class. Be sure to consider shipping times when preparing for this class.
THE ART OF HOLISTIC MASSAGE ~ $444

This two day course will give you tools to create the most beautiful relaxation massage for your clients, friends and family. As a stand alone treatment or an addition to your other healing modalities, this class will cover everything from set up, sanitation and safety to erganomics and techniques. You will receive a full massage protocol to guide you through an entire full body massage and of course a Certificate of Completion.
**Please note: This workshop is to learn relaxation style massage. This is in no way intended to instruct on clinical massage techniques!
